Overview
For any accidental purchases, once the customer purchased/installed the eSIM, it will be considered as used. No refund will be offered.
The Customer has the right to ask for a refund or eSIM-replacement if the eSIM cannot be installed and used due to a technical problem from Simply Unique Pte Ltd (Spaceroam).
Each data package has its own validity period. Failure to utilise the Product and/or Services during relevant period(s), no refund of any form will be offered for the remaining data when the validity period expires. All fees and charges paid are not refundable.
No refund or remuneration of any kind will be issued due to charges from alternate phones, alternate providers, hotel phones, or other charges that are not directly linked to the Customer’s Simply Unique Pte Ltd (Spaceroam) eSIM account.
For any fraudulent or unauthorised purchases, Simply Unique Pte Ltd (Spaceroam) reserves the right to refuse any form of refund and suspend any account if there is evidence of abuse, violation of our Terms and Conditions, or any fraudulent activity connected with using Simply Unique Pte Ltd (Spaceroam) products and services.
